About Us

If you enjoy libraries and books, then you are a natural for membership in the Friends of the Roseville Public Library. Friends help support and enhance the Library's holdings through programs, gifts, advocacy and fundraising. They meet monthly on the 4th Wednesday of each month, September through May, to plan their activities. All are welcome!

If you haven't yet visited the FRIENDS of the Library's Used Book Shop in the lower level of the Roseville Public Library, you're missing a real treat. Since the FRIENDS opened their shop it has become one of the most popular places in town! Open the SECOND SATURDAY of each month (September through June) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the shop offers a complete variety of used books at incredible prices!!! During the summer months, the booksales are held the 2nd Thursday of each month, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.

Join the FRIENDS of the Library and enter early at 9 a.m.
when the shop is open for FRIENDS members only.

Our Meetings

Due to such a small number of participants at their membership meetings, the Friends Board, along with the six participants at the Oct. 22, 2008 meeting, decided to reduce the number of membership meetings. The Friends' Meetings for 2009 will be :

Wed, February 25, 2009 at 2:30 p.m.
Wed, May 27, 2009 (Election of Officers) at 7 p.m.
Wed, October 28, 2009 at 7 p.m.
